Vice President Training & Development, Group HR, Scandinavian Business Seating AS, Oslo.
We are currently seeking a new member to our HR team. The position holder will report to Senior Vice President, HR & Organisation Development in Oslo. The Group HR team is located in Oslo, at Røros and in Nässjö, Sweden. We also have HR support functions within the commercial units located outside Norway. As our company is represented in seven countries, some travel activity is required.
Responsibilities:
- Company value program - development of company culture
- Leadership- and Sales training programs
- Competence development
- Working climate survey
- The annual Development Talk process
- Recruitment and Company induction programs
- Policy development within HR
- Follow-up HR & development issues in defined commercial/support units
- Local HR administration including reception and canteen
Qualifications:
- Relevant education at university level
- 7-10 years experience from similar positions
- Excellent English skills - written and oral language
- Proficiency in one of the three Scandinavian languages
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexible, enthusiastic and a good team player
